We offer expert mental health services to the Central Queensland area and occasionally offer a service for patients from other areas. Our clinic is based in Rockhampton.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality and person-centered assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. We engage in an evidence-based approach to treatment and work in partnership with the patient and their families and friends (based on patient’s informed consent). We value the privacy and confidentiality of patients and patient information and have clinical governance systems in place to establish secure communication of data and clinical information.
Our psychiatrists liaise closely with GP’s, psychologists, Nurse practitioners, NDIS and Public mental health Services to offer patients a recovery journey that is as seamless as possible. Our psychiatrists have admitting rights to the Ramsay Clinic, Hillcrest Hospital, and are able to offer inpatient care for patients when needed. The Ramsay clinic has an easy access pathway for urgent inpatient care that you can access through your GP if needed.
